Customer Governance & Disclaimer

All packages can be tracked via our website once you are registered. Upon arrival of your packages locally you will be notified via email. Once notified, you may call to arrange pickup of your package(s) or schedule delivery online.

You are required to provide a national photo ID and TRN # once you become registered. To do so please email (invoices@ezshippersja.com) or whatsapp (876-561-0738) these details with subject “Proof of National ID & TRN”.

• Wait time on all package(s) commences when the item arrives at our Sunrise warehouse and not when the item is shipped from the seller.
• Failure to provide an invoice by Monday 9 am of the week that your package is expected to be available will result in:
  • Delays in customs clearance
  • Your items being valued at a market price determined by the customs department.
  • If invoices are submitted after the aforementioned date & time, the associated packages will not be available until the next processing cycle.

  The invoice must clearly state, the seller, the description of the item as well as the quantity purchased and price. Email all invoices to invoices@ezshippersja.com

• There is a minimum charge of J$600 on any package(s) once the calculated duties falls below J$600.
• As of July 31st,2021, EzShippersJa will NOT be accepting personal packages (i.e. Packages that are packed and shipped from a home address).
• EzShippersJa will not be held responsible for packages dropped off without the required label displaying: customers name & Ez Number, our shipping address & tracking number.
• EzShippersJa will not be held responsible for items received damaged at our Sunrise Warehouse. Customers are required to contact the seller and make arrangements for the item(s) to be replaced.
• Freight charges will be applied to items above 0.5 cubes that is measurement of 6”x6”x6” & above.
• EzShippersJa is not responsible for any package(s) alleged to be lost if you fail to provide tracking information. The tracking information must be from the shipper which identifies the product along with the corresponding tracking number.
• If you make a purchase and the incorrect item is shipped, you are solely responsible to return the item if you so desire.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that the correct shipping information is submitted to seller(s) when making purchase(s). This address and customer # can be found on your "My Account" page on our website.
• EzShippersJA will not be held responsible for any delays because of incorrect shipping details submitted. Customers are responsible for rerouting packages left at the Post office or at any other courier company.
• EzShippersJA strives always to deliver packages in our care on a timely basis, please be aware the possibility exist that shipments may be delayed due to unforeseen events such as shipping delays, delays in customs clearance, etc. EzShippersJA will not be liable for any loss of use and loss of revenues as a result.
• Failure to collect packages two weeks after notification by EzShippersJA will attract a daily cost $100 until pickup is made. Items left over Sixty (60) days will be auctioned.
• The customs act prevents the importation of specific items without the requisite import license. These items (see below) should not be shipped via EzShippersJA. Failure to comply will lead to the seizure of package(s), penalty breaches and or prosecution. EzShippersJA will not be held responsible for any such breach and the consequences thereof.
• EzShippersJA will not be held liable for any item(s) shipped by unregistered customers.
• Ezshippers strongly recommend using our insurance for all TVs before shipping due to the fragility and the likelihood of damages to screen etc. As such, we will not be liable for any damages to TVs shipped without our insurance package.
